Uniform & Equipment

All players are required to wear the following items at all competition games:

Thornleigh Uniform (shirt & pants)
Girls may prefer to wear Royal Blue shorts and sliders.(The girls must supply these themselves.)
Gold Striker Socks
Thornleigh Softball Cap
Softball Mitt
Shin Pads - compulsory
Mouth-guards are not compulsory but are strongly recommended
Footwear. Joggers are ok; soccer/football boots or softball/baseball cleats are recommended. (Only moulded cleats allowed, no metal studs.)

No jewellery may be worn during games.

Thornleigh Softball club will supply uniforms to all registered players and these will be distributed at training.

Junior team uniforms will be supplied by the Club and are to be returned at the end of each season on Presentation Day, in a bag with your child's name and the team marked clearly on the front.

Senior players will need to purchase their uniforms from the Club. Shirts $30.00, Pants $40.00

Any seniors uniforms no longer required must be returned to the club. A refund will be paid.

Caps may be purchases from the club, or at Westleigh Bottle shop.

Gold striker sox are available from most sports stores.

Thornleigh Softball Club will provide each team with a Kit containing helmets, bats, bases, pitchers plate, catchers gear, score book, match balls & training balls.

All players should bring a bottle of water and wear their cap and shin pads to all games and training sessions.
