Oakleigh Oval Ground Setup, Canteen and BBQ

Throughout the season, each team will be rostered to assist in various activities that are essential to the smooth functioning of the club.

Who does what?

U6 to U17 teams man the Canteen, BBQ and set-up ("dress") the fields, 7:15am - 12:30pm.
Team Managers will be responsible for arranging for sufficient people from their respective teams to fulfill the allotted duties.

Craig Millard produces Ground set up, canteen/ BBQ team roster.
Jane Tingle and Christine Patterson order stock.
Jim / Angelique Brown will supply BBQ stock.
Each team manager organises who on their team works and when (expect 2-3 times in a season). Minimum 4 people per team for each 2 1/2 session. Eg 2 people for BBQ and 2 on canteen. There will be 2 sessions in a morning.
